Turn Annoyers into Bots! Mute them!

Something that people want for Halo 3 is Bots, meaning having computer-controlled opponents on Multiplayer Maps. In Halo 2 you can already have Bots, simply by muting annoying people. I shall now call this the InstaBot function. From your TV at least, tt has the same effect as them getting voice-banned, and you can un-ban any time.
